Trending Prompts ("the App") provides users with a curated list of AI-generated images and the specific prompts used to create them. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how your data is handled.

We do not require you to create an account to view content. However, we collect certain data automatically through our third-party partners:

• Third-Party Services (AdMob): To provide our service for free, we use Google AdMob for advertising. AdMob may collect your Advertising ID, IP Address (for general location), and Device Identifiers to show relevant ads.
• Usage Data: We may collect anonymous data regarding which prompts are most viewed or copied to improve the App experience.

3. AI-Generated Content & Transparency

In compliance with the Google Play AI-Generated Content Policy (2026):

• Disclosure: The images and prompts displayed in this app are generated by Artificial Intelligence.
• User Safety: We implement moderation filters to prevent the display of offensive content.
• Reporting Mechanism: If you encounter any content that violates safety guidelines, please use the "Report Content" button located within the app. We review all reports within 24–48 hours.

4. Advertising and Consent

We use Google AdMob. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK:

• We comply with IAB TCF v2.3 and Google Consent Mode v2.
• You will be presented with a consent dialog upon first launch to manage your ad preferences.
• You can reset your Advertising ID or opt-out of personalized ads in your Android System Settings.

5. Data Retention & Security

Since we do not collect personal identifiers like names or emails (unless you contact us directly), we do not store personal profiles. Any technical data collected by AdMob is handled according to Google’s secure retention policies.

Trending Prompts is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
